I always have people ask me if I know of anyone who may be a site that is affordable but also professional looking. They want the site to search-engine friendly, it makes no sense, with a website if nobody can see, and fully optimized.
I’m sure there are many people looking for something similar. In my opinion you should not spend too much money for such a service.
With such a lot of people now with Web-design and optimization services in the United Kingdom, there are bound to be some good deals to be found. In reality, you should be able to make your site for between £ 50 and £ 100th
The question is, where do you find these great deals?
These are the areas that I would try:
Search engines like Google
Internet auction sites like eBay
Yellow Pages
Newspaper ads
Advertising Showcase
asking family and friends
If you are prepared to spend a little time, so many calls and sending many e-mails you will soon find the right web design quote.
It is not only the cost, but it is important. It makes no sense to accept a bid of £ 20 per site when the site is of poor quality and not search-engine friendly. It is therefore advisable to focus on the person or the portfolio companies and see if you like their earlier work. I always look to see the page rank of pages they have previously built and run a few searches on the key rates for the respective website.
